- United Arab of Emirates is our country of domicile and stipulate that the governing law is the local law. All disputes arising in connection therewith shall be heard only by a court of competent jurisdiction in U.A.E.
- Visa, MasterCard, American Express debit and credit cards in USD will be accepted for payment.
- We will not trade with or provide any services to OFAC and sanctioned countries.
- Customer using the website who are Minor /under the age of 18 shall not register as a User of the website and shall not transact on or use the website.
- Cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules.
- User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his account.
- Payment Confirmation – Once the payment is made, the confirmation notice will be sent to the client via email within 24 hours of receipt of payment.
Cancellation, Refund & Rescheduling policy

We understand that sometimes plans change, and we aim to make the cancellation and rescheduling process as smooth as possible. Please review our policy below:
1. Cancellation by Client:
More than 15 days before the training:
If the client cancels the training 15 days or more before the scheduled date, a full refund of the paid amount will be provided.7 to 14 days before the training:
If the client cancels the training between 7 to 14 days before the scheduled date, 50% of the total fee will be charged as a cancellation fee, and the remaining balance will be refunded.Less than 7 days before the training:
If the client cancels the training less than 7 days before the scheduled date, no refund will be provided, as preparation costs and logistics are already in place.
2. Rescheduling by Client:
Rescheduling with notice:
If the client wishes to reschedule the training session, it must be done at least 7 days before the scheduled training. There will be no additional charges for rescheduling, subject to trainer availability.Rescheduling within 7 days:
If the client requests rescheduling within 7 days of the training date, a fee of 25% of the training cost will apply to cover administrative costs and preparation time.
3. Mid-Way Departure and Rescheduling Request:
If the client leaves the training mid-way without prior notice, the session will be considered completed, and the full fee will remain applicable.
In the event of a rescheduling request mid-way during the training, the client will be required to pay a rescheduling fee of 50% of the total training fee. This fee will cover administrative and logistical costs.
Additionally, any price changes (e.g., for exam vouchers or third-party services) will be passed on to the client as per the new pricing at the time of rescheduling.
4. Cancellation or Rescheduling by Knowledgeberg:
Cancellation by Knowledgeberg:
In the unlikely event that Knowledgeberg must cancel the training session due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be provided to the client. Alternatively, we will offer the client an opportunity to reschedule the session at a mutually agreeable time.Force Majeure:
If the training cannot take place due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions, or emergencies), we will work with the client to reschedule the session. Refunds may be issued depending on the situation.
5. Price Changes Due to External Factors:
Exam Voucher Costs:
If the training includes exam vouchers, and the client delays a portion of the training or reschedules after the initial booking, any increase in exam voucher costs or other third-party costs that may arise during the delay will be passed on to the client. The client will be notified of any price changes, and they will be required to cover the additional costs before the training or exams are conducted.Other External Factors:
In the case of price fluctuations due to factors beyond our control (e.g., changes in government regulations, third-party service providers, or supplier costs), we reserve the right to adjust the agreed-upon fee to reflect the increased costs.
6. Refund Process:
Refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days after the cancellation request has been approved.
Payments made via credit card, bank transfer, or other methods will be refunded to the same payment method used by the client.
7. No-Show Policy:
If the client fails to attend the training without prior cancellation, the full fee will be non-refundable, and the session will be considered as completed.
