  • United Arab of Emirates is our country of domicile and stipulate that the governing law is the local law. All disputes arising in connection therewith shall be heard only by a court of competent jurisdiction in U.A.E.
  • Visa, MasterCard, American Express debit and credit cards in USD will be accepted for payment.
  • We will not trade with or provide any services to OFAC and sanctioned countries.
  • Customer using the website who are Minor /under the age of 18 shall not register as a User of the website and shall not transact on or use the website.
  • Cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules.
  • User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his account.
  • Payment Confirmation – Once the payment is made, the confirmation notice will be sent to the client via email within 24 hours of receipt of payment.

Cancellation, Refund & Rescheduling policy

Please read this policy carefully. This is the Cancellation, Refund & Rescheduling policy of Knowledgeberg Professional & Management Development Training, hereafter referred as “Knowledgeberg”.

Knowledgeberg reserves the right to reschedule/cancel an event, or change the location of an event.

  1. In case Knowledgeberg cancels an event, 100% refund will be paid to the delegate. Alternatively, the delegate can also choose a different session at no additional cost.
  2. If a delegate cancels a session, no refund will be made.
  3. 100% Money Back Guarantee
    • Classroom and Live Online training: If any participant is not satisfied with classroom or Live Online training session, the participant needs to communicate to us within 24 hours from the start of the first session. The Participant can communicate to us

We will refund the entire amount paid by the participant in the original mode of payment.

This guarantee is considered void in any of the following cases. If the candidate has:

    • Completed more than 25% of the course
    • Downloaded any of the offline materials
    • Attempted one or more mock exams
    • Used exam vouchers given by us
    • The 100% Money Back Guarantee is applicable only on select courses – such courses have the 100% Money Back Guarantee details mentioned on the course pages. In particular, the 100% Money Back Guarantee is NOT applicable on courses that are organized or delivered by our training partners.
  1. There will be no refund of the Examination Fees if the Participant completes full course or more than 25% of the course.
  2. There will be no refund of other course related charges if the Participant completes full course or more than 25% of the Course.
  3. Soft copies will be provided for certificates. If a delegate requires a print copy, an additional amount towards shipping, handling and related charges will be charged on actuals.
  4. Please allow for up to 21 days for the refund transfer to be completed
