DAY 1: Foundations, Scheduling & Live Project Setup

Navigating the MS Project interface, Ribbon, Views, and Views customization
Setting up Project Information, Start Date, and Working Calendars (standard, custom, shift hours)
- Module 2: Building the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS)
Creating task lists, summary tasks, milestones, and WBS outline levels
Manual vs. Auto Scheduling modes (and why Auto-Scheduling is critical)
Entering Task Durations, Work Estimates, and Task Types
- Module 3: Task Relationships & Logic Networks
Establishing task dependencies: Finish-to-Start (FS), Start-to-Start (SS), Finish-to-Finish (FF), Start-to-Finish (SF)
Applying Lead and Lag time effectively
Setting Task Constraints (Must Start On, As Soon As Possible) and Deadlines

Identifying and analyzing the Critical Path and Float/Slack
Setting, saving, and managing the Initial Project Baseline (and handling re-baselining)
Variance analysis: Comparing planned vs. actual timelines and budgets

Updating task progress: % Complete, Actual Start/Finish, Remaining Duration, and Actual Work
Tracking schedule health using the Status Date feature
